About DIPTickets

DIPTickets is a digital event-management, invitation, and ticketing platform owned and operated by George Solutions (SL) Limited, a company registered in Sierra Leone.

We provide technology for organizers to create events, issue invitations and passes, register attendees, manage check-ins, communicate with attendees, and monitor ticket activity. We are not ordinarily the organizer, promoter, producer, sponsor, owner, or operator of events listed on the platform.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for accurate event information, required licenses and permissions, ticket prices and conditions, delivering events as advertised, attendee communications, cancellations and event-ticket refunds, and lawful use of attendee information.

DIPTickets does not guarantee that an event will take place, that an organizer will perform its obligations, or that an event will meet an attendee's expectations.

Attendees and ticket holders

Tickets may be subject to the entry rules and refund policy set by the relevant organizer. You must not duplicate, forge, alter, misuse, or resell tickets where resale is prohibited, or use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity. An organizer may refuse admission in accordance with its event conditions and applicable law.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscription checkout may be available by card through Paddle or by Mobile Money through Monime. Card payments for event tickets and organizer payouts may be processed through Flutterwave. These providers have their own terms, fees, privacy policies, and availability.

Direct card collection and payouts are available only on plans that support that feature. Standard-plan organizers use proof of payment: the attendee pays the organizer directly using the organizer's instructions, and the organizer reviews the submitted proof. Free-plan organizers cannot create paid events.

DIPTickets does not take a commission on ticket sales, although third-party processing charges, taxes, currency conversion, or other provider charges may apply. Subscription details, pricing, billing periods, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in the platform.

Acceptable use, security, and intellectual property

You must not use DIPTickets for fraud, unlawful activity, misrepresentation, harmful code, unauthorized access, security interference, payment or ticket manipulation, unlawful collection of personal information, harassment, or violations of law. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

DIPTickets software, branding, design, and documentation belong to or are licensed to George Solutions (SL) Limited. Organizers retain ownership of content they provide and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.

Availability, liability, and governing law

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. Third-party services may have separate outages and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIPTickets is not responsible for organizer conduct, event cancellations or changes, disputes between organizers and attendees, third-party services, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability where the law does not permit it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone, subject to mandatory rights or protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Depending on how you use DIPTickets, we may collect account details such as name, email, phone number, username, and organization information; event, registration, ticket, attendance, check-in, and communication information; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, access times, and logs.

Where used, payment information may include transaction references, proof-of-payment files, payment notes, subscription details, and review information. Payout setup may include bank name, account number, account holder name, currency, and information returned by a payment provider during account verification.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, invitations, passes, check-in, subscriptions, ticket transactions, payment-proof review, payouts, support, fraud prevention, service improvement, and legal compliance. We may send important service communications and, where permitted, non-essential marketing communications with an opt-out option.

Event organizers decide why and how they use attendee information collected through their events and are responsible for their own notices, permissions, lawful basis, and data-protection obligations.

We may share information with subscription providers including Paddle and Monime; event-ticket and payout providers including Flutterwave; hosting, email, SMS, WhatsApp, authentication, analytics, security, and monitoring providers; or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect people, property, or the platform. We do not sell personal information merely to sell it to third parties.

Cookies, security, retention, and rights

Cookies and similar technologies may keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand platform use, improve performance, and support security. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information as reasonably necessary for service delivery, records, legal obligations, disputes, agreements, and platform security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about processing. Contact support@mydiptickets.com; we may verify your identity. Information may be processed outside Sierra Leone using reasonable safeguards where applicable.

Subscription & Refund Policy

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected billing period. Card subscriptions may renew automatically where the checkout or billing portal says renewal is enabled. A Mobile Money checkout is a separate hosted payment transaction and does not create automatic renewal unless DIPTickets expressly says otherwise at checkout.

Where automatic renewal is enabled, you may cancel through the billing controls provided for your account or by contacting support@mydiptickets.com. Cancellation stops future renewals where applicable. Unless required by law, access continues through the period already paid for and partial-period refunds are not issued.

Paddle subscription refunds

For subscriptions paid through Paddle, DIPTickets provides a minimum 14-day refund period beginning on the date of the original subscription charge. Request a refund within those 14 days by contacting support@mydiptickets.com with your account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.

This 14-day period applies to the initial subscription purchase. It does not automatically apply to later renewal charges, plan changes, or event-ticket purchases unless required by applicable law. Approved refunds are ordinarily returned through the original payment method where possible, and processing times may depend on the payment provider.

Other refunds and payment disputes

We may consider a refund or account credit for an erroneous or duplicate charge, a substantial technical failure caused by DIPTickets, or where required by law. This subscription policy does not generally govern event-ticket refunds. Organizers are ordinarily responsible for their event refund policies, and DIPTickets does not mediate proof-of-payment disputes or guarantee event-ticket refunds.

Please contact support@mydiptickets.com before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
